Help Differences between the secret ending and the regular one (probably spoilers)

Could someone please tell me the difference in the two endings? I'm not really noticing a difference. I tried googling it and no information on what the difference was popped up except for that it was hard to tell the difference.
 
I can partially answer that...
There is a normal ending and two additional endings....
One of them you get to see when you acquire Save the queen sword via Hades sinthysies shop, and that scene is beatrix saying goodbye and laying down her sword in Daggers bedroom i believe....
As for the other ending; I know you get it when you acquire Cinna`s hammer by collecting all 12 stellazzio coins + additional 1...I believe it has something to do with Cinna but maybe someone else can answer this one specifficly.
 
SPOILER BELOW Highlight to see.
Beatrix laying down her sword is in the primary ending. She's going to leave the castle and Steiner convinces her not to go after saying that he " can't stand to lose her again" and that "they will protect the castle together" or something.

Anyone who can answer this would be cool. I have other games to play right now and don't want to play through it again right now. I tried to cheat and look on youtube but they don't have it there.

For keeping Cinna's hammer:

There's an additional scene in the play that involves Baku and Blank. When Blank goes to tell Baku about Marcus' plans with the princess, Baku says something along the lines of, "if you are willing to betray your own friend, how can I trust you" and proceeds to kill Blank.
