Hello I have been searching for the diamond armlet for like 2 hours with video guides and everything but havnt suceeded soo is thier any shop that sells this armlet??
 
The Estersand you can buy it from, South Bank Village.

The "Unlucky Merchant" will have them after the Draklor Lab part of the game, for 20,000 gil. He'll also be selling the second strongest Axe in the game.
