So, I just downloaded this Anime off a whim. Originally, I was just going to use it to get my ratio up on the website I download my anime from. However, after watching the first episode, and going through the trouble of forcing my computer to handle h264 720p high def anime, I got kind of interested... In a big way.

The plot, according to Wikipedia:

In 2026, eleven years after the introduction of internet-connected augmented reality eyeglasses and visors, Yūko Okonogi moves with her family to the city of Daikoku, the technological center of the emerging half-virtual world. Yūko joins her grandmother's "investigation agency" made up of children equipped with virtual tools and metatags. As their research turns up mounting evidence of children who have been whisked away to the mysterious "other side" of reality, they find themselves entangled in a conspiracy to cover up the dangerous true nature and history of the new technology.

What really got me is that they're in the real world using tools to create virtual aspects around them. One part in particular that caught my attention is when a virtual pet dog gets caught up in a "virtual space" and is almost "reformatted" by these spherical UFO looking things.

Then at the end of the episode a giant fucking robot looking thing comes out of a virtual space and it turns out to be an anti-virus trying to delete corrupted virtual pets.

It was interesting enough for me to make this thread. I suggest you watch if if you're looking for a pretty interesting Sci-Fi Anime. I think I'mma sit down and watch a few episodes meself. :griin:

I watched this anime and I LOVED IT. <333 I'm a nerd, and I'm into the whole futuristic thing. My friend and I hope that when we're old and grey they'll have the glasses invented. xD
Its really super good, and the ending is ammmmmmmmmazing. ^-^ I recommend it as well.

This actually sounds really good, I've been looking for a new anime to watch lately and this will do I think. I quite like the whole virtual space element and the blend of reality and virtual life sounds pretty unique and intriguing

You'll like it. ^^
I hope you will anyway. xD;; I know I did.
Its not that long of a series, and I like that aspect as well.
