EDIT -

The eidolon can break your characters so having Fang as a SEN is vital. Spam Sab moves (it doesnt matter if the eidolon is resistant to them) and switch Vanille to MED when healing is necessary.

RAV + SAB is also good for driving up the gestalt late in the battle but is incredibly taxing on the HP levels of the party.

I would say use a sboteur and and a sentinel. Also use MED AND MED to heal. It makes the battle much easier.
