What's the hardest decision you've ever had to make?

To add to the dilemma, have you ever had to make a decision where you had to give up something you really really wanted to do for something that was less desirable?

Or to phrase that differently, have you ever had to give up 'fun' for 'have-to-dos'? :P

Well, I got my taste of that today, when I was basically told to my face that I had to give up my AP Studio Art class for AP Government. If you don't know this about me, I basically love Art and History to the death. It's a hard choice, as I have to be making the decision in two weeks on the first day of school. >.<

Anyways, yes, it will kill my spirits, but I wasn't planning on majoring in art anyways, and for some reason, I see this as the defining point in my career decisions. Architecture or Artist. I choose Architect. :monster:

I had to make the decision to go on holiday to florida with my parents and share a room with them and my brother for 2 weeks or stay at home while my dad and brother go on holiday....

i chose the latter, even though i felt dreadful as everyone was doing the whole Guilt trip thing....

but whey, im free of my brother for a week :D

Yes, just this past weekend I finally gave up my mustang. :'( It's been sitting out there for 2 years taking up our covered parking stall spot in our apartment complex and the management finally went on a towing binge leaving notices on everyone's cars that weren't registered or were otherwise in obvious states of disrepair. It had been obvious the 'stang had been sitting there with how dirty it was, and I sure as hell aren't going to spend the money registering a car that won't even run.

I decided to spend the weekend seeing if I could get it to run and I got the engine to fire up and idle, if one were to loosely use such a term. But even after bypassing the clutch safety switch that I had figured was causing this problem, the engine seemed to want to stall every time I pushed in the clutch regardless of whether I had it in any of the gears or in neutral. I decided I really don't have the money to dump into this money pit of a car, so I donated it to get a tax writeoff next year. Some other bastard with more time and money than me will make a nice project of it.

That had been my first car though. A lot of good memories. :sad2: And when it ran the thing had some balls. A 1985 5.0 liter V8 mustang is a lot more faster and fun to drive than a 2001 chevy s10, even if the s10 is more reliable.

I had to make a choice to stay home and have my friends get arrested or go out at 3 AM to pick them up from a House Party.

I chose the latter and let them stay at my house for the night.
My Parents found out and Grounded me.

Hell, I didn't lose my friends.
