So what I am wondering is, how did you all beat the Dark Aeons? I beat them all without using Zanmao so I'm sure all of you can. Just want to hear your strategies and suggestions is all.

Enough said.
I made sure I had, blitz ace, attack reels/auroch reels, Tidus, Wakka's + Lulu's final weapons.
Then attack like crazy, I only used zanmato on shiva, because I did not have enough speed then
Anyway... Screw the dark aeons
Bring on Penance, He's hard, I was in a 7hr long battle with him, finally won in the end

Attack Reels mostly got me through my dark aeon battles and aeons as sheilds, pretty much the gist of all the fights really, I REALLY struggled on Dark Bahamut, I almost wet myself whe I beat the swine, auto life was a god sennnnnnnd
Oh God. I got them all with attack reels and ultimate weapons. I equipped Tidus, Rikku and Yuna with Break Damage and Break Health limit weapons and armour, then killed thousands of enemies in the Omega Ruins and the Monster Arena for experience and rare items like Luck Spheres to use on every node. I spent hours on maxing stats and killed them all, though Dark Yojimbo and Penance were close calls, with lots of restarting and yells of rage.
Well seeing as though I started this thread I thought I might as well divulge how I beat the Dark Aeons.
Well my my main team normally consisted of Tidus, Rikku and Wakka, all of my stats were 255 of course, including luck. All my HP levels were in the 50000 regions and I used my Aeons as shields for atacks such as Mega Flare and Delta Attack from Dark Bahamut and Dark Magus Sisters respectivley. I had everyone's armour as follows:
Break HP Limit
Auto-Haste
Auto-Phoenix
Ribbon
With this setup it wasn't that bad and I was protected against status effects. It's always best to keep Yuna away from the main team when the Dark Aeons overdrive is nearly full as you can pul an aeon in at the last minute.
