-Name: Dalvengyr 'Dragontounge' Wyrmbourne
-Title: Dragoon of Vygarm
-Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
-Race: Human
-Gender: Male
-Age 31 Years Old

-Appearance:
Dalvengyr is slender from what can be seen of him and stands over 6 feet tall. From what little can be seen of his face, he is extraordinarily pale and unshaven, with thick grey stubble growing about his chin. His body seems relatively weak and seems barely capable of holding his armour though he may also appear stronger than he looks.

-Attire & armor
Dalvengyr bares light chainmail armour with plate spaulders, gauntlets, tasset, boots and helmet. His armour is painted a bloody red and is shaped to mimic that of a dragon, the traditional armour of the Dragoon. Strangely, he wears a blindfold of white cloth at all times below his large helmet and as such, only his jaw, mouth and nose can be seen of him.

-Personality:
Dalvengyr is incredibly solitary in his practice but does not avoid association with other people. He will only ever aid people untill he feels otherwise and harbours no true 'duty' or 'unquestioned loyalty' to anyone. His voice is deep and somewhat raspy, giving his dialect a growl-like sound. This, coupled with his intimidating armour, has earnt him the nickname 'Dragontongue' from those he has met. He seems willing to help but appears to favour logic over emotions and will commonly remain calm in situations that may be unbearable for others. With that said, he will apply his own oppinions to scenarios and will aid in exacting vengeance based on his own personal morals and ideas, should someone else clash with them.

-First Impression:
Dalvengyr's bark is worse than his bite but characters seeing this man would likely feel intimidated with his somewhat extravogant and threatening attire. His stoney and motionless expression coupled with the inability to make eye-contact with him will make him seem unapproachable but at the same time, no real threat to you unless provoked.

-Weapon(s)
The Dragoons of Vygarm specialise in not only the spear but the sword and shield too. Though Dalvengyr favours his red spear, he appropriatly named the 'Dragontongue' after his nickname, he is also sometimes seen bearing a longsword and a kite shield and will carry them on his back whilst not fighting. No one quite knows when and why he will alternate between the two sometimes though it may have something to do with particular enemies he is facing.

|- Dragontongue

The Dragontongue is Dalvengyr's most typical weapon as it is common of the Dragoon to bare such a weapon. It is a long Bardiche with a mahogany pole and long, fairly thin steel blade, both of which have been painted red (except the blade's edge) to match his armour.

| - Steel Longsword
Dalvengyr's second weapon of choice is a steel longsword. From what can be seen, it looks to be a standard-issue blade common the Vygarm military. It does not carry any particularly distinguishing features. The handle appears to be made of bronze and the blade, steel. Despite this, it looks to be in remarkably good condition and it is evident Dalvengyr repairs and cleans it regularly.

|-Target: Single
|-Energy drain: None
|-Casting Procedure: Dalvengyr leaps in to the sky, ready to launch his Dragontongue spear at the enemy from above.
|-Explanation: Dalvengyr will leap in to the air above the battlefield. He takes aim on his target and launches his polearm like a kind of javelin before landing and reclaiming it.
|-Counteraction: As the polearm is essentially launched like a large arrow, it can be avoided should the enemy be paying attention to it. Also, it is possible, if the enemy is quick enough, to avoid Dalvengyr's attack and then take the spear from the ground, thus forcing him to use his sword.

-Wyvernstrike
|-Target: AOE
|-Energy drain: light
|-Casting Procedure: Dalvengyr conjures a Fire spell onto the edge of his blade and charges the enemy.
|-Explanation: Dalvengyr charges the enemy and with great speed, unleashes a wide slash across them which then activates his blade's enchantment, casting a Fire spell on his targets.
|-Counteraction: Avoid the blade, silence him before he is capable of conjuring the spell.

-Bahamut's Blood
|-Target: Self
|-Energy drain: Medium
|-Casting Procedure: Dalvengyr recalls his training with Bahamut and unleashes a great primal fury within.
|-Explanation: Dalvengyr enters a blind rage. His blade becomes enchanted with fire and he will strike fast and mercilessly against anyone in his way for a period of time.
|-Counteraction: Dalvengyr is incapable of rational thought at this time and thus, is easily outmanoevered and outwitted.

-Wyrmwind
|-Target: Party
|-Energy drain: Heavy
|-Casting Procedure: Dalvengyr summons up the energies of the wyrm, enchanting the perception and agility of his party members.
|-Explanation: Dalvengyr calls upon the wind spirit dragon, the Wyrm, to bless he and his allies footsteps and minds with fast intelect and physical speed, increasing his party's attack speed greatly for a duration
|-Counteraction: Dalvengyr is unable to conjure the spell if silenced. Equally, somehow dulling he and his allies senses would counteract the effects of the spell.

-Skills:
-Coldbearer: The icey hills and mountains of Vygarm are Dalvengyr's homeland and people of his race are quite capable of weathering the coldest of climates. With that said, he finds the bright sun a nuisance and will never follow anyone through a desert.
-Dragonslayer: Vygarm Dragoons are trained not only to fight like the dragon but fight against them. Dalvengyr is an expert Dragonslayer and will find dispatching even the most riley of them no great challange.
-Bahamut Allegiance: Dalvengyr is on fair terms with Bahamut, the King of Dragons, and in times of the greatest despiration, as a final measure, he is capable of summoning the mighty beast to attack for a time.
-Navigation: Though not as accurate as the explorers and cartographers of the world, Dalvengyr is himself a traveller and has a fair knowledge of places and pastures.
-Alchemy & Herbalism: Again, though not the most profficiant of chemists, Dalvengyr has developed a fair understanding of the properties of certain herbs, spices and roots and is capable of brewing weak-ish potions.

-Strength:
Dalvengyr is suprisingly not that strong. He is capable of carrying his armour and weapons but travels light other than that and cannot carry much more. Also, when it comes to physical lifting and pushing and pulling, he is not the strongest of characters.

-Speed
Dalvengyr's power lies in his speed. He has trained for years to slip over rocks, jump swiftly and get around the largest of beasts. He is a shockingly fast runner and often claims his victories by outrunning his enemies, catching them from behind.

-Endurance
Although capable of taking more damage than that of mages and clerics and the like, Dalvengyr can take supprisingly little damage before being defeated in comparison to other medium/heavy armour wearers.

-Reflexes:
Dalvengyr, again, has strength in speed. Not only speed in the literal sense but also his speed of perception and intuition. He is highly evasive for a mail-wearer and survives many a-battle despite his low threshold for damage simply by being able to avoid attacks.

-Fighting Style:
Dalvengyr works soley on speed, confusing and outrunning his opponents. Though his attacks are not all that powerful and he cannot take a great amount of damage, he will simply outmatch his opponent's agility and try and score as many attacks on a foe as possible.

-Quick History:
Dalvengyr was born in the town of Fjorinbaar in Vygarm, just north of the capital of Vygamarthi. Fjorinbaar was famouse for it's dragoons and it's close relationships with the dragonbroods of the north. From a young age, he trained with the Vygarm Dragoons to master the art of the style. His heart always lied in travel, however but his heart sank when his hometown was raised by the army of the southern kingdom of Bathlim. He then learnt that all that was once beautiful in his life would eventuall fade and so he wrapped a blindfold around his head and vowed never to take it off, to only hear his experiences and aquaintences. It took him a great amount of time to master 'fighting by ear', so to speak and due to his eyesight soon deteriorating, his other four senses were heightened. Along his travels after leaving his now destroyed home, he crossed the lair of Bahamut, the dragon king. Dalvengyr showed no fear in the face of the great behemoth and as a reward for his defiant courage, Bahamut agreed to train him in the true art of the dragon and in basic black magic.

Eye color? Hair color? This leaves quite a bit to be desired.

Any designs on the armor? Does he wear the armor at all times? Can he see through this blindfold? What is its purpose?

-Weapon(s)

Give us some specific dimensions of the weapons in terms of inches, cm, or whatever measurement you like. Where are the weapons worn/kept when not in use?

This strikes me as more of an ability than a spell.

There should be some energy drain here, even if it is very minor.

conjures a Fire spell

A Fire spell? Or a fire-based spell? Latter is allowed, former is not.

Give us an idea of how his abilities are augmented, in terms of a percentage or multiplier increase. Approximately how long is this period of time?

Same thing here.

-Dragonslayer: Vygarm Dragoons are trained not only to fight like the dragon but fight against them. Dalvengyr is an expert Dragonslayer and will find dispatching even the most riley of them no great challange.

Surely there would be a powerful dragon somewhere that he would struggle to defeat?

-Bahamut Allegiance: Dalvengyr is on fair terms with Bahamut, the King of Dragons, and in times of the greatest despiration, as a final measure, he is capable of summoning the mighty beast to attack for a time.

If that's the case, then this needs to be detailed in a separate tab, with energy drain, ability, etc. etc. If it's a full summon, then the summon itself needs its own mini-bio within this bio containing appearance, abilities, magic, etc.

-Strength:
Dalvengyr is suprisingly not that strong. He is capable of carrying his armour and weapons but travels light other than that and cannot carry much more. Also, when it comes to physical lifting and pushing and pulling, he is not the strongest of characters.

Be more specific. What is the heaviest object he could lift on his own? How much damage could he do with a single punch to an unarmored combatant? To an armored combatant?

-Speed
Dalvengyr's power lies in his speed. He has trained for years to slip over rocks, jump swiftly and get around the largest of beasts. He is a shockingly fast runner and often claims his victories by outrunning his enemies, catching them from behind.

How fast is "shockingly fast"? To give you a gauge, an Olympic sprinter runs at about 22-23 mph (36-38 kph). Also, how long can he run before needing to stop for breath?

-Endurance
Although capable of taking more damage than that of mages and clerics and the like, Dalvengyr can take supprisingly little damage before being defeated in comparison to other medium/heavy armour wearers.

What would happen if he were to take a blow to the chest? With armor? Without? How long could he last in battle without needing rest?

-Reflexes:
Dalvengyr, again, has strength in speed. Not only speed in the literal sense but also his speed of perception and intuition. He is highly evasive for a mail-wearer and survives many a-battle despite his low threshold for damage simply by being able to avoid attacks.

Could he dodge an arrow in flight? A bullet?
