Well, I've notice for a long time that sometimes in battle, (for example) I'm using a monk and a Black Mage and after the battle the wizard has more JP for the monk class, I was just wondering what does this because If I did I'd be able to master multiple classes a heck alot easier without having to be those classes...

Does Ramza's birthday have any significance in the game???

Your question is kind of confusing. Are you using a Black Mage/Monk class combo; a black mage with some monk abilities? Or are you using two characters one being a black mage, and the other a monk?

If I remember right there is an ability that classes can learn that increase the amount of JP per attack. Plus JP naturally increases the more leveled that class the character is using.

One thing I'm not sure on is that if you're using two different set of abilities, for example: You are a Squire with the Gut Skill, plus you have the Monk skill set that allows you to perform monk attacks. If you use a monk attack then I think you might be able to gain JP for the Monk class, only if that skill set from that class is used, while being a Squire. You might want to try and test that.

I'm not sure on that, it's been a pretty long time since I played FFT.

I'm talking about 2 character each never being the other class and yet they end up getting thousands of JP for the class they've never been but someone else in the party is that job/class, I'm thinking it has something to do with compatibility but I'm prolly worng :D

also the Monk and Wizard never had those skills equiped, Meaning wizard and black magic and Time mage equiped and monk had Punch art and Item equiped but the wizard gained like 2000 Jp in Monk class after the battle ??? so does anyone have a clue why?!!?
