So who actually got it? I know i did... and it's simply AMAZING..... you get it from fusing goblin punch and like Octoslash or something... but who else got it?

I'm pretty sure you get it only through fusion.
Though its broken as hell, I don't know bout you guys but i deal 99,999 damage everytime i use it.

I wonder how I managed to get it then...I know I had it, but I did'nt follow any fusion guides

I know for a fact I had it way before I attempted those stupid '9' missions though so i MUST have fused it I can only imagine I HAVE tried consulting the guide or I just tried fusing everything to seee what I got ¬¬, either that or Ive stolen it off some Mako Ifrit chap...which is possible also

Got it, a mission reward. It is a brilliant materia if you want to beat Minerva at the end of the "cave of wonders" missions, as I think it ignores the VIT stat of the enemy and it always deals 99999 damage if your health isn't in the "Break" status
Ah... Costly punch. Yep, I remember that materia. I believe I obtained it by fusion, but in any case I would have obtained it again by completing the mission.
In any case, the actual storyline was a piece of cake if you focused on the missions... like killing Sephiroth with a single mug attack... >.>
But still, Costly punch was definitely one of the most useful materias.

I wish I could say that! I don't have Costly Punch and I cannot beat Genesis... That last try took me over an hour and I still died..
Add another 3 hours of leveling up on to that please, Cause I finally beat it. The ending was sick-wit-it!
