During a discussion on the shoutbox with some members (feel free to make yourselves known btw :)), it was discovered that, allegedly, it's illegal to give advice over the internet without a licence. I've attempted to find an article through google and through wiki, but I failed. Can someone else divulge us?
 
I do, too. Let's assess: there's no difference between friends giving advice online, to friends giving advice offline - it's the same advice, is it not?

What would the authorities expect to do? E-imprison net-users? Hahaha.

This is completely ridiculous and I feel greatly annoyed by the present argument. Is the same thing if we give advice whatever is offline or online.
 
Ive heard once that you cant give help because those companies spend alot of money and time to make those games and if you come and just tell people how to do it, it's like your wasting the companies' time, you were supposed to find out by your own!
But I totally disagree!
 
Wow, I can't say I've ever heard that one before. o_O If it's true, then that's one law I'm breaking. Honestly, what a crock of s**t. What kind of law is that?
Seriously, it's a lot easier to open up to people online as opposed to offline, so what would happen to the people who seek advice online? If they weren't allowed to get any, then it's just more emotionally damaging for them. Do they not think of the consequences on society or something?
