Does anyone not agree that this was a brilliant movie? This is my favorite movie and if you havent seen it you need 2.

It is a good one, but I like some of the other Jay and silent Bob movies better. But I believe that everyone would agree with me when I say that Kevin Smith is a genius.

Awesome movie. Awesome movie. Awesome movie. Awesome movie. Clerks is hysterical...and so is Clerks II. Kevin Smith is the man. They shot Clerks in like...a week. haha

It's an amazing movie. The thing I like about it was that the first one I think was supposed to be for a college thing...that's why they have the words and stuff.

The words and stuff...?

Anyways, it was an amazing first lil indie B&W film. I really like how Clerks 2 picked up the story from the first and really made it about these two guys' friendship...What I REALLY love about Clerks was the animated tv show...stupid goddamn DISNEY!!!

I love Clerks 2. That movie was hilarious! My favorite scene in the movie was when Randal completely owned that LoTR fanboy. Also when Elias talked about Pillow Pants. XD

I love Kevin Smith's other movies such as Dogma, Clerks, Jay and Silent Bob strikes back.

Yes Kevin Smith is a genuis. Dogma was also a great film, and clerks 2. But Clerks won my heart over with the story and how it just all came together. I related 2 it hard.

As good as any of the kevins smith are, the best IMO is still mallratz.
But I still have to admit that none of his other movies would ever exist if Clerks had not been successful.

All i have to say to this is:

PORCH MONKEY 4 LIFE!

It's cool. I'm taking it back.

Let us not forget Chasing Amy, granted Jay and Bob were only in one scene, but it was still one of KS' Jersey films (and the self proclaimed final peice of the Jersey trilogy, which included Clerks, Mallrats, and itself). In all honesty, even though its not my favorite of his works, I think its his best made, and most impressive venture into low budget filmmaking.

Ha, Chasing Amy IS my fav...though J&SBSB certainly gave it a run for it's money...I just liked how Chasing Amy was so quasi-series for such a long time and then the end comes and it's like BAM!!! There's a screwball twist, right there...just awesome. Plus, one of SB's best lil rants too, if I recall...
