Chocobo woman (calm lands)

I need to find this woman in the Calm Lands in order to reach the Remiem temple. She's not where my guide says she is though, and I can't find her anywhere in the Calm Lands, even on repeat visits. Any ideas?

If it makes any difference, I have the airship and access to the final bosses.
 
You have to talk to the man riding the chocobo...I don't remember any woman =/

And i'll shift this over to the help booth too ^_^
 
It's a woman Aerith :monster:
Usually she's beside the Travel Agency. Or should be anyway
 
She should be in the West of the Calm lands. aka left. Far left where lots of chocobos are walking around. There should be one with a person on it. (not the one that's walking around with a dark guy on it)
 
I had similar problems. I think I found her in the South-West.
