Cell phone question

ok so the last phone i had and the one right now had to have this thing called a "plug-in" that was what it was asking for me to get word for word i have absolutely no idea what it means by that if you guys can help i would really appreciate it thank you for you time in advance.

Are you trying to access the internet or a messenger for it? If so, then that might be a plug-in that it is referring to.

If not...then I have no idea...

it says this when i am trying to get a download from a txt.

Maybe it needs some sort of plugin to mess with whatever the download is? I'm not sure but it could be something like that.

Other than that, I'm not really sure.
