Okay this thread was made because Xx Tidus Xx wanted to know how to get the ultimate weapons in the game, so we are going to explain it to him, first i will tell him him how to get the mirror, you guys can tell him what you like

cloudy mirror - you get this by beating the chocobo race under the reminen temple, and you must win without any treasure chests being open, you can do this by hitting rods, rods will reduce the number of chests you open,
one rod - minus one chest simple really

celestrial mirror - you get this by going to macalania forest and going to the big crystal on the silver walkway, after you talk to the people in front of the entrance to bevelle, then you go there looking for a child, you talk to him, and then look to the crystal which will turn the cloudy mirror into the celestrial mirror

also don't forget about the crests and sigils, when you get them and the right weapon, you can upgrade the weapon by going back to the crystal in macalania forest
 
Masamune - get Saturn crest in the place where you fought, I think, Seymour Flux, its behind the pillars. Then go to the place in Djose Highroad where the statue is and use Celestial Mirror on the thingy near that statue and you'll get Auron's Celestial weapon.

Note: for next ones I don't know which crests are needed!

World Champion - get the right crest and talk to the barkeeper in a bar in Luca, let him look at Celestial Mirror and you'll receive Wakka's Celestial weapon.

Godhand - in airship for a password type GODHAND. You'll get a new place to visit, get a right crest and use mirror on the treasure box there and you'll receive Rikku's Celestial weapon.

Nirvana - catch all monsters in Calm Lands then speak to the old man and treasure box will spawn. Get the right crest and use mirror on the box and you'll receive Yuna's Celestial weapon.

Tidus' or Kimahri's Celestial weapon - get the right crest and talk to the monk in Calm Lands that guards the weapon. Show him the mirror and I think he'll let you pass. Now I don't know on what do you need to use mirror but you'll get Tidus' or Kimahri's Celestial weapon.
 
O, and forgot to write that you need a Rusty Sword for Masamune. You can find it in a place where cave of Stolen Fayth is (not in the cave).
 
To get the sun crest go to the place just before yunalesca
If you fogot to get it on your first try (like me)
You'll have to face dark bahamut
