I am a pretty good fighter with him but I need a good equipment setup to fight with him. i have the Cimmerian Edge, Lightbringer, and Excalibur II as my higher ranked weapons. I really suck at using boosters though and need a good build and what works for him, defense or offense I am also using the Scarmiglion summon and the Genji Equipment but I also have the Adamant stuff.

use Ultima weapon for acc. use: center of the world, close to you, pearl necklace, white gem, dragonfly orb, championship belt, gaia ring, hero's seal, first to victory, gravitorb.

How is it that you acquire Ultima Weapon?

you have to get the codes of the friendcards who carry the items with them. they supposed to be here somewhere around...
but with the german version they wont work. look at the dissidia hp www.dissidia-finalfantasy.com

yeah sure it is. you just need the right friendcardcode to get the ingreadiants for her.
i cant remember who wrote it, but in this dissidia forum there should be a manual for how to get it. its actually quite simple

Your exclusives are better than ultima weapon and excalibur II is also good. But cecil's HP attacks are hard to hit with and as a result, he sucks. As for accs, it depends on what you want - a genji EX build, a BRV boost build (adamant chains). Be a little more specific on what you want. I personally don't want to use him.
