Cap got shot in the back protecting a police officer after being arrested, then he got shot in the gut. his body was later sent back to where Prince Namor found him after he was frozen.

I guess the new costume is okay. I'm not a huge fan of the...uh...black pants that run up his arms. The mask and shield are the important parts, and those remain the same, it seems. Sweet.
