possibly your DS isn't compatible with your internet / you don't have wireless.And erm...i'll move this to, computing and technology since it's to do with the internet and stuffs i got told it belongs there
How are you trying to use your DS online? Is it through yourt PC using the DS USB Stick or through a licensed WiFi hotspot?
Contact your ISP for details about your connection and compatibility shit.
