Help can i finde the alexander materia after im out of the snow area?

I think you have to either go down the snowboarding hill again (maybe? It's been a while) by accessing the town above the hill from the overworld map, or the snowy maze place is actually a location on its own, that you can access from the overworld map.

yes you can, i obtained it in the 3rd disc actually, you can enter either from the town or from the exit of the mountain.
