Call me soft, but I actually liked this movie. I may even like it more than High School Musical, partly because it had a heart and didn't have too much over the top singing and dancing.

Has anyone else here watched this?

It was only shown last night on Disney Channel in the UK, but I'm aware that it's been out for three months in the US.

I liked it actually, it was not a masterpiece but it was okay, I really liked 3 songs("this is me","here i am" and one sang by Joe to Demi) besides I have a crush on Joe Jonas.

If this is the film with The Jonas Brothers, then I only see it as another pathetic attempt to bring everyone, who appears on television, the chance to be in their own film, regardless of how much it actually fails. The Jonas Brothers are completely (below?) average and I see no reason for them to star in their own film. <_<

I'll definitely agree with you with the overdramatic whoreness of the Jonas Brothers, Dave. It's ridiculous and they were terrible when they performed at my Avril Lavigne concert last May. Of course, no one knew who they were! But I loved Demi Lavato in the film. However, I really think that Joe Jonas is much better off as a solo singer than in his band.
