Is there even a cactuar summon in crisis core? If so can someone tell me how to get it?

And yes there is, it's in mission 3-1-3 you have to scoot round the boss in the level though in order to get to it, once you have you will unlock a couple of new missions, cant remember if the summon is autmatically obtained from 3-1-3 or the unlocked missions though...

Yes there is in mission 3-1-3 if you hug the wall instead of fighting the G blader(I think its a G blader) and go down the left path then you initiate a fight with it but its terribly weak. This gives you cacteur thorn and unlocks mission 10-1-1. Also unlocks the cacteur DMW which fires 10 shots dealing 500x the level of the attack so level 5 in 2500x10=25000 max without crit.
