I like this game. I like the fact that its actually difficult to gun down enemy soldiers on your own. The Supress and flank gameplay is good as it is the real tactics of the 101st airborne. It gives you a good insight of what sort of stressful situations soldiers have to face in combat. This game does have elements of horror, especially the hospital level, but id imagine thats how youd feel in that sort of situation.

Has anyone played it? What did you think?

Is this the game where you can literally blow the limbs off your enemy? The gore is amazing.

If not, then I've got little else to contribute to this thread. I remember being interested in this game awhile back, but it sure took its good ol' time hitting the shelves. Not sure if the delays have caused the game to feel dated, or if they've helped make it better.

Yep this is the game with the gore. Limbs get blown off... sometimes you can even blow enemy soldiers in half. This game does have some bugs still but its still good.

Oh, good! Yeah, the gore is awesome. I saw a trailer where a tank fired into a group of soldiers, resulting in an explosion of arms and legs. It looked awesome.

The environments are destructable, too, right? I don't know if you can reduce an entire town to dust, but I know cover can be destroyed.

Cover can be destroyed depending on what team you have. Unfortnately you cant destroy an entire town like in Bad Company. If that were the case, you would have a seriously hard time outflanking tanks... but the gore is good.. Thats what happens in reality
