Just thought I'd share this, in case there's anyone who's looking to build their own website without being limited to templates. Breezi launched a few months ago and they're doing a special "free forever" promo (actually extended it until June 30th). Basically you can sign up for your own top-level domain for free, without charge, as long as you sign up before June 30th and have some content on your site (at least 20%).

So far, I'm loving it. I've never seen a site that's highly customizable as this one. It's like creating everything from scratch, minus coding. The promo is what got me to sign up. I was looking into wordpress before I stumbled across this one. My friend and I agreed though that the interface is a tad bit slow right now, but that'll get better over time. This is especially useful for those who can't code, but want to be able to design their website how they want it to look like without relying too much on templates that limits a lot of things.
I registered for a domain at namecheap.com - it's fairly cheap, as the name implies. This is optional of course, but if you want to actually have your own top-level domain at Breezi (or you can go with a sub-level domain yourname.breezi.com for free) , you have to edit the "@" record through your DNS manager and point it to Breezi. http://breezi.com/how/how-to-use-your-own-domain-url/
Navid said:1) We plan to offer a free plan even after our beta promotion, however you will not be able to have your own top level domain and your site will have a subtle Breezi badge if you sign-up after June 30th. If you sign-up after June 30th and you’d like to use your own domain and no Breezi badge on your site, we’ll offer a $9.95 per month premium plan starting in July.
2) For everyone who signs up on or before June 30th and actually uses your sites within 30 days of signup, your account will be 100% free and you can use your own domain, sans Breezi badge. How long is it free for? Free forever. How do we determine if you have “used” your site? We use a combination of a few metrics to determine that, but you can be assured that if you’ve even completed 20% of your site, it will not be removed. We’re just trying to get rid of completely unused sites, that’s all.
