Birth of a god and seymour omnis?

Apperantly the seymour omniss battle music is a remix of birth of a god, is this true?

They are similar in the kind of atmosphere and feeling the express (i.e a groovy battle with a main enemy but before the chaotic finale), but they are not the same. Going through both tracks in my head now I don't think Seymour Omnis is a remix of Birth of a God, but they are done in same sort of groovy style I guess.
