What is the best place to fight the strongest monster in the game?

I was thinking so sexually perverted on this title. <_<;; Dayum.

In FFXII I would suggest the 2nd part of the Henne Mines if you're 80+.

If not I would start off within Nabudis(sp?) Deadlands.
