ok i want to complete the bestiray and get every map so i can complete the sky pirates den.


the only problem is that

how do i go back and get the map from the royal palace cause i forgot to get it ??????

also

theres a enemy named ghost. in the waterway (the swers)

where do i findq it again


and last question

how many humanoids do i have to kill to fill the humanoid section in the beistrary

Merely collecting maps won't get you the Dalan's figure, what's more important is that you have passed thru all zones of every map. Rubbing out the shaded areas is a waste of time, it is enough for you to have entered each zone.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty certain there wasn't a map for the palace. Or is there?

He's somewhere in the No.10 Channel.

and last question

how many humanoids do i have to kill to fill the humanoid section in the bestiary

All you have to do is unlock the first page for every monster to complete the bestiary, which is 1 kill each. The amount required to reveal the second page of info varies for every monster, you don't need that for the OoA clan rank. Nor do you need to defeat the Lvl 99 Chocobo.

how and im pretty sure that there was a map there it was like a magic urn(not the enemie ) but somehow i confused it for a freakin forbidden zoidac sphere chest uhhhh im so stupid well neway are you allowed to go back there

Ah, my mistake. I was thinking of somewhere else...

Anyway, I'm quite sure the passageways leading into the palace are barricaded thus preventing the player from revisiting again. But as it's a single-trip only place like the Leviathan ship, I don't think Square would be that cruel so as to force a first-time player into restarting the game just to open a bloody urn. Then again, the whole random aspect of the game in the form of random treasure (Zodiac Spear anyone?), chance encounters and frequentness of item drops etc were pretty sadistic for a person to come up with.

What matters, I believe, is that you have already set foot in every room of each area. The maps from moogle cartographers/urns shouldn't be counted I don't think.

yeah i think so also what about the hidden areas for ex the hidden rooms in the henn mines phase 2 im guessing since thoes arent marked on the map i dont have to fully explore them right

There's a map inside an urn located in a spot near where an Abysteel is harassing a green dragon type monster. I recommend exploring all the areas there too.

I just assumed that you had to collect the maps for old dalan, on inspecting the guide tho, it is pretty vague......i'd collect them all anyway just to be on the safe side and I always explore the areas fully that I happen to be in so i'd just do that and hope for the best.......i'v yet to play thru again and try tho.....

No there is a guy somewhere in Rabanastre that sells the palace map. Probably in lowtown.

Hmmm...I guess it's not so bad after all.

The map can be bought off a moogle in Alley of Low Whispers/Old Archades. But the price is murderous, costing ya 100K...

I doubt there's a map for Pharos - Subterra, but even if there was one, you don't need it for Dalan's figurine.

yeah i think i filled all of the maps i think i just need the one in archades where the hunt club owner is. im going to do that stupid side quest today.


also why the hell cant i get that entite to appear nemore in the giza plains while its raining

i got there to be heavy rain with clouds and lightning in the back ground and he still wont come the thing that sucks is that he is one of the last enemies i need to complete the biestery.


also i noticed that the manderogas i fought in the cave palace are marked as enemies in the feywood. yet i dont see them there. neone know how to get them. i woulda checked the guide i bought but it has turned out to be a comlete waste of 20 dollars lol
