So, I have an airship - yay.

However, I'm stuck with an awful party - nay.

Cecil is level 21, and Damon recommended he be about level 30 before I go face the Dark Elf.

So, where is the best place to train the craptastic party that is Cecil, Yang, Cid and Tellah? I really cba training in this area, I'm getting rubbish exp -__-

Not sure exactly what area you're trying to level up in, but I actually found that going inside the Dark Elf's cave and wandering around leveled me up pretty quickly (I just finished that part the other day :D) I can't remember what level I started around but I went off to face the Dark Elf with everyone around level 29 or 30 and it wasn't too bad of a fight (make sure you have the Whisperweed). Just make sure that at least Cid, Yang, and Tellah can move (no metallic equipment), and be careful of the cats (I forget their names) because their "Blaster" attacks can cause instant death on a character. I found that just doing physical attacks with Cid and kicks with Yang helped a lot, and use Tellah to heal. If you can find the chest with Yang's Faerie Claws in there, that helps too, I found he was great at killing the Ogres with that equipped :8F:

That isn't going to work well. In Dark Elf's keep, people wearing metalic armor are stricken with Paralysis, so he will have to rely on crap equipment. The best place to train are the islands in the world map, if you can survive them. If not, return to Mount Ordeals. If you solo with Cecil, those fights will be easy still and you can level him up quite high very fast. I usually do this as soon as he becomes a Paladin (level 30) so everyone else that enters after (Yang, Cid) will belevel 30.
