Halo edges out Resistance by a bit I think. When I was playing Resistance, I thought it better, but now I think Halo is a bit better.

Half-Life still should be a great FPS 'cause it has a relatively great storyline compared to other pointless FPS's.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. Let's keep things civil, sir. Goldeneye 64 is amazing--perhaps better than Halo--but speaking of Halo like that is strictly taboo.
