Nah, I think he is saying the Nibelhelm may have more gil. But I would not count on it. Since it does not have many clients.

And on the idea, we do need a new bank.

Maybe one that costs alot to start, but gives really good interest.
Maybe in the 10-25 percent range?

Put a bank in valancia because thats where nearly everyone goes if they wan to trade, fight etc. Rather than going to somewhere else you can just get or store you're money there
