How do i know wich statue is beloning to wich temple 
?

When you open up the chests from the Destruction Sphere puzzles, you'll have seen a symbol flash above the chest before quickly disappearing. These symbols appear again at the Baaj Temple and correspond to the chests you've opened.
If memory serves, I think that Besaid is the top left, Kilika is either the middle left or top right statue. If it's the middle left statue, then:
+ the bottom right statue is Djose, the top right is Macalania, the middle right is Bevelle and the bottom right is Zanarkand.
If Kilika is the top right statue, then:
+ Djose is the middle left, Macalana is the middle right, Bevelle is the bottom left and Zanarkand is the bottom right.
Kilika's the one with the red flames as its light.
Also, you should note the following:
Dark Valefor guards the entrance to Besaid and you'll have to defeat him in order to get the Besaid puzzle finished.
Kilika is as normal.
Djose is as normal but you'll be chased by some Yevonites.
Macalania has sunk to the bottom of the lake and can NEVER BE RETURNED TO. If you missed that Destruction Sphere, tough.
Bevelle CAN NEVER BE RETURNED TO, but it is impossible to leave Bevelle without having completed the puzzle.
Zanarkand can only be completed after you have been there and fought
- be careful not to go into the back room, where Dark Bahamut awaits!
