ok i don't know if this has been created yet or not but it would be a fine addition to the site a birthday topic on most forums it is quite good and it just allows people to say happy b-day to the other members and claim that it is their b-day
 
well if you say that anyone who creates a nother topic will be punished for spaming they won't and i really do like b-days

That wouldn't be necessary; we let people created separate birthday threads that don't count towards post count in the Seventh Heaven Inn or Spam.

This hasn't really been an issue before anyways. Was there a particular reason you prefer having one Birthday thread over separate ones for everyone who has a birthday?
 
There really isn't a big need for one spererate birthday topic since The Seventh Heaven members can make seperate birthday threads for members, and I actually think it is better that way because I just don't think a whole topic dedicated to just birthdays would get really that much attention

Unless your just talking about everyone posting in just 1 birthday thread
 
Plus a general birthday thread for everyone's birthdays seems less personal and more generic; it's almost like you don't really care too much for the people.
 
I have to disagree with the proposal. Having one single thread for all Birthday's will detract away from one single person, who actually has a birthday that day. Sure, it might look a little tidyer, but Birthday threads aren't all that common on FFF yet.
 
if you could do the birthday threads for active and respected users (like mods and admins)
but seventh heaven inn is where it says to do birthday threads
 
I say keep it where it can be individualized and more meaingful to the respective member celebrating their birthday. Keep the current system.
 
Just create them in the introductory area, it's no big deal tbh ;)
 
If nobody else has any other comments, or good reasons for having a birthday topic as opposed to individual birthday threads for each member, then I'm going to close this thread.

yea it just makes it easer to find stuff on people's b-days
 
In all honesty i'd have to agree with BustaMo, Sephiroth, and Bei Bei.
There's really no point in having one big birthday thread. So, I believe
i'll close this. Those who feel this shouldn't be closed have every right
to PM me and give me a decent reason to re-open it. ^_^
