Yeah that would be helpful cuz I honestly can't draw squat all to save my life. I am terrible artist.

It is possible to get a LiveJournal account and whenever you upload a picture for an icon you can do basic cropping and resizes automatically to 100 x 100 pixels, but signing up for the LJ is a bit unnecessary unless you already have one I guess.
