I need it in 150x120 or whatever avatar size looks better without taking away the quality.

I have absolutely no skill with doing animated avatars so I'd like someone to do it for me :3 I'll pay well in VB Points if you like

Left it as big as I could without damaging the size, and without it being too big to fit in the avvy spot.
