avatar problems

I have been trying to get a picture of Conan to work as my avatar.
but nothing seems to work I've tried different pictures with the same result. I'm not very good with computer's so maybe someone could shed some light on it for me. or maybe send me a picture of Conan that works.

mine didn't work for a while either. Save the pic on your pc, use the upload option, click browse, slecet it, then before you click modifiy rpg profile, put the dimensions to about 50x50, even if the image doesn't show. It should show after your profile reloads.
