This was back when I was nineteen.

And now I'm just fat.

I wanna know how "outside" people see this. If I tell the most amount of weight I've ever cleaned and jerked to actual weightlifters, they'd think I have no testosterone.

But with normal people, is this okay? lol

P. S. = Friends tell me this is a 26-inch jump (floor to heel measurement, and I drew a black line on where I took off.)

(EDIT: Changed the picture. I used the wrong one initially.)

No I'm not impressed everyone can levitate. -_-

All jokes aside what do you mean by the weight you cleaned and jerked? Is that like gym slang? I've never worked out much so I dunno much aboot weights n all that stuff. :hmmm: I don't know what you want outside people to see or if it's normal. But I'm sure it's normal for us levitating humans out there. ^_^

It's a jump, not magic.

Clean and Jerk is this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Beu5G-5gvAc

That's Zhang Yong, all time world record holder of the clean and jerk in his weight class (187 pounds/85 kilograms), jerking 480 pounds/218 kilograms.

Now here's me, weighing at 190 pounds, lifting a measly 205 pounds/92 kilograms: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tu8zT6pkP_s&list=UU4Fqc8rirwIdDyklSkcsiUA&index=1&feature=plcp
