Can you read in Japanese? If so how well?
No. Might learn sometime, perhaps take a class at school.

I have played Final Fantasy 1,2,3,4,5,7,8,9,10,12,T,and TA.

Chrono Cross, Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, Legend of Mana, and a bit of Chocobo's Dungeon.
