There are three separate kingdoms in the Animal Kingdom: The Avian, Reptilian, and the Mammalian. All three are alone in ideology and method, causing war between the three kingdoms. To explain the history of it all would take days of looking through history books, but it can be summarized that through a few treaties, victories, and losses the Avians have established in the mountains and coasts, the Reptiles in the deserts and swamps, and the Mammals in the forests and plains. The three families are best suited to live in the places they are now, and the races within the families have grown to accept each other and bond together as one community.
The Mammalia Kingdom has a great city in the hills of the plains far from the battles that are raging on. There live the Mammalia City, the castle, and the military headquarters known as the Complex. All of the military decisions, training, and barracks exist there. It is a large building that sits on the highest hill to overlook the city; a paved road is the only entrance to the monstrous building.
Everything one could possibly need is at the Complex. If you wish to learn, there is an extensive library and computer center. If you wish to eat, the cafeteria is open for a majority of the day and even then you can always stop at a vending machine. If you wish to sleep, every soldier is assigned to a dorm in the barracks, the higher officers having better or private rooms. If you wish to train, there is a firing range, gym, and several other facilities for whatever your specialty is. All soldiers spend their days furthering themselves and working on a somewhat unstructured schedule. Pretty much, you prepare as much as you need to in order to perform well; if you do not perform well and are not improving then you are exiled from the Complex.

Kibbies:: Kipper - Border Collie
---
Name: Kipper
Race/Breed: Canine-Border Collie
Description: Like most other canines, Kipper is of average size compared to the other creatures in the Mammalia Kingdom. He is taller than the rodents and the lesser felines, but must still look up to see the eyes of a bear or the likes. One thing that he does pride himself in is his cleanliness. Though grooming is not something his does often, his fur is shiny, sheen, and very contrasting in color. His main fur pattern deals with pitch black and bright white that feathers out in many places and is so lightweight that it flutters with every breeze of the wind. Black covers everywhere except his muzzle, his forearms/legs, his underside, and the underside of his tail which bushes out like a fan behind him, always lifted slightly with a noble grace. His one mark that distinguishes him from the rest of the Border Collies is a steak of white that dashes up between his eyes from his nose.
On the bridge of his nose sits a small pair of rimless glasses that seem to complement his intelligent stature. They just grace his muzzle like a breeze, and he does not even need them. He just wears them because he desires to.
As far as clothing goes, Kipper tends to not dress into uniform even when he's on duty. His experience with explosives has made him such an important part of the Complex's demolitions squads that they cannot expel him without dealing major damage to the team. Though the demolitions squads commonly wear drab gray uniforms that are thick and coated with layers of Kevlar, Kipper wears comfortable cloth pants and a couple of shirts. If he wishes, he also has a hooded cloak with several pockets on the inside for holding capsules of chemicals.
History: The Mammalia City University is known as being one of the highest establishments for education in the kingdom. It was here that Kipper matured in knowledge and studied every subject he could get his paws on. From anatomy to zoology, Kipper took at least one class on every subject. However, his scores in the chemistry department caught the attention of officials at the Complex. Common with Border Collies, their ability to learn and their curiosity can lead to great success but also some trouble. Fortunately, Kipper was seen as a prime candidate to join the ranks in the Complex as a demolitions technician rather than some sort of troublemaker. Adjusting the Complex life was very easy as well since life works on a routine just like at the university. With complete availability of chemical compounds, Kipper spends his time developing new explosive methods.
With his continued success, he quickly rose through the ranks until they promoted him from R&D to an actual combat specialist. Sometimes a mission would come along where a wall needed to be passed or a bridge destroyed; when missions such as these came up they needed someone with Kipper's expertise. Though, these missions are not relatively common so Kipper gets to spend his days just walking through the hallways of the Complex and reading books. He has grown close to several of his comrades in his downtime, but is best described as an introvert.
