Am I the only one?

I was sad when it ended, especially when it was heavily hinted that humanity was wiped out. The only person we new for sure that survived was Red XIII.

Don't like all these sequels and prequels that are coming out. Your were originally supposed to interpret yourself what happened at the end, who Cloud loved, and among other things. Now they are spelling everything out for us.
 
I'm kinda depressed after any game I beat... Its like the "What now?" feeling, I call it. Where after spending so much time mastering a game, loving the most of it, and then beating the final boss, and watching the ending.. Then I get a sense of emptiness, like "Great, now what am I gonna do to keep me occupied every weekend?" I hate it.
 
Although it's mostly overkill and I've grown to dislike many parts of the game I once adored, discussing FF7's loose ends and plot details was one of my favorite things to do (at Gametalk). This was back when it was 'new' and the idea of sequels wasn't being entertained by anyone -- in other words, it was a pristine time for theorizin'. Most of the characters are interesting, but with all the canon-threading going on nowadays, it almost tarnishes that time I still hold dear. B'that's just me, someone who doesn't like spinoffs and such.
 
I did feel somewhat depressed too. Like it wasn't the best way to end such an amazing story, but yet again squaresoft don't want to give all the story away completely. So now he can think them for Making FFVII AC got continuing the story, but question is though...how far is the story gonna go after the movie? We all don't know that answer.
 
I did feel like I wanted to know more, but I just started playing it again and was happy :P

Yup, yup.
Which is why I hated the handling of the ending. It was too loose in explaining everything plus it spawned all the other stuff. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either because it kept people *me included* hanging.
 
i get depressed after i beat every final fantasy cause theyre all so good. cause after im done with the story i always think to myself "this can't be everything, i wonder what they all do tomorrow? or the next day?" and i jsut want more. so in conclusion, do every sidequest and extra stuff BEFORE you beat the game.
 
I never beat the game actually. So, I guess I cannot be dissapointed.

I will assume that it was a tragic ending though. I don't even remember where I am even at in this game. It's collecting dust somewhere.
