Almost there

Hi Everybody,

Still going on FF I (first time player), and I have a little question.

About 30 hours in I have the feeling I'm nearing the end, but now I'm finding weapons that are supposed to have an extra effect in battle, but I can't seem to activate them (for example light axes). How do they work?

dont equip the item but instead use them as an item in battle. you will still have the item after you use it and can use it in as many battles as you want but you can only use them once per battle
