Adel tips please

Okay, I beat Adel and now I'm in Ultimecia's castle...I beat Ultimecia, it was hard but I did, unfortunately, I got killed by Lionheart...so if anyone has any tips on THAT, please share...I need some good strategy to beat this thing.
Also, does anyone know how much HP it would have if Lionheart about lvl 45, maybe he's around 60.

I can't wait to get this final battle over with so i can FINALLY finish the game!!!!
