With Greece collapsing from within due to the undemocratic European Union and an unsustainable socialist welfare state, the government is having early elections in 2012. Currently an election date has not been set, however they are expected to be held sometime between April 29 and May 13. In late 2011 the democratically elected government of Greece was ousted by the European Union, and has been replaced with EU bureaucrats. The new EU puppet regime is headed by the former Vice President of the European Central Bank, Lucas Papademos. The world is watching; will Greece, the historic birthplace of democracy, return to a democratically elected government or will we see the EU's reign of terror continue to hold the country hostage? Please keep any and all discussions pertaining to the upcoming 2012 Greek parliamentary elections here. Below is some information on the major parties contesting the upcoming election.

socialism will never work. they need to do two things. get a stable political party in there first. elected by the people, for the people and in no way shape or form have anything to do as far as taking orders from the puppet regime in there now. and step two.. get the hell out of the european union. i was not a fan of the idea from the start. the concept is just a bad idea in my opinion. its main goal was to stregnthen the euro. thats all it was in my opinion.
you get a good democratic alliance in there and in the long run things will stablize, now i hope the greek people aren't gonna think everything is gonna be all better within a day.. their dig out is gonna take a good 5 - 10 years

but socialism is not the long term answer though.. yeah it might help get them outta their situation.. but you need classes (upper, mid, low) to make a country function properly. under socialism.. those classes are down to just one.. and its not upper or lower.. its all middle.. as much as we would all like to see that work.. it wont.

i am a democrat yet i agree with this video..to a point
