Yeah I think it just has to be accepted as some sort of magic that cards appear or exist to represent everything in that universe...as to how the cards are made it's just the magic of that universe that produces these things...

Definitely Rinoa is my all time favorite probably because of FF8 having the first more realistic looking charters...but I think mostly it's because of the love story between Squall/Rinoa...first impressions before even playing the game for the first time just based off her look I think her look...

Joined this forum just to to vote and say I LOVE FFVIII...been playing RPG games since Dragon Warrior and Zelda and FFI and have to say the love story and the music made this game my all time favorite I even bought the soundtrack and still use this theme for most of my devices...didn't hurt that...
