    Vincent Valentine

I never used a strategy guide to get Vincent. I don't use strategy guides for games if I can avoid it. The last one I remember using was for Majora's Mask. I always make sure to get Vincent though. He is my all time favorite final fantasy character. I actually had a harder time getting Yuffie...

    4 white mages, low level.

That doesn't sound very easy at all. Nor does it sound very fun. I can't imagine doing that. The early parts of the game would be really difficult.

    Versus 13 or FF 13?

As of right now I am more interested in XIII than in Versus. This is mostly because I really don't know much about Versus. I don't know much about XIII either, but more than I do for Versus. Also, I think its weird that XIII is going multiplat but Versus is going to stay as a PS3 exclusive (for...

    Parties

I created a: Warrior - my name White Mage - Maria Thief - friend's name Black Mage - brother's name. I always use a black and white mage because I can get the best skills for both magics that way. A fighter because of the strength and HP, and a thief because my friend chose it.

    Favourite FF quotes

I pretty much love everything Sephiroth says to Cloud. He tries to get in his head so much. He succeeds at getting in his head. Literally when it comes to getting the black materia. I don't think I can list a single quote though.

    Favourite Quickening

Ashe has my favorite quickening. I love the white against the background, I love her movements, and I love the way the attacks look. Vaan comes in second as all of his are vastly different. Followed by Basche, I like the hand to hand thing about them.

Who Was Your Best Team Of Three?

My first play it was Tidus, Yuna, Auron. The rest of the times I trained everyone equally. Tidus for obvious reasons, he is the leader of the party, Yuna for her white magic more so than her summons, and Auron for his brute strength. Then I learned about Rikku's mix limit or whatever it is...

    Which Materia

For me, it is no questions asked, the 'all' materia. Not only did it do just as its name implies, allows you to cast support magic on everyone, but mastered it was worth like 1.2 million gil or something like that. Just selling my mastered 'all' materias I got so much gil that it wouldn't even...

    FF7 - over-rated or under-rated?

I'm with everyone who said it is rated just as it should be. The characters were great, the storyline was fantastic, the graphics were amazing, not so much anymore, and the materia system is still my favorite skill system of all time. Oh, of course there is the music, just with any FF.

What impact did FF7 have on you the first time you played?

The game really had no impact on my life. No game ever has. No movie ever has. This is, without a doubt, my all time favorite game. But the only thing that has ever changed the way I live my life are real life events. I did get attached to the game, I got sad during times, I got excited during...

    What Motivates Them?

I think Tidus had the most motivation. He wanted to get the hell out and go home. Then he falls for a summoner girl, and has to try to save the world. Later on, he realizes he has to try and save her as well. As for villains, I don't know who had the most motivation. Their goals were usually...

The music video Square Enix Wants banned

The song was a little too poppy for my tastes, but the reenactment was fantastic. They were spot on with everything, except I think the little girl should have thrown a marble or something, not a rock.

    Favorite Cid

My favorite Cid would also be the one from FFVII. He's hilarious when you first meet him, and he is hilarious all the way through the game. I love when he jokes Cloud because Cloud says 'mosey'.

    Who did this?

I can't imagine summoning KotR 8 times in a row. Seriously, that would take like an hour. I would have to go take a nap in the middle of it. KotR is a sweet looking summon though, but Bahamut Zero is still my favorite summon of all time. That being said, I used the crap out of KotR in the battle...

    Favorite FF Sidegame

I liked pretty much everything from the Golden Saucer. Especially snowboarding and the battle arena. Secon would be blitzball, followed by the card game in IX. Chocobo hot and cold was also fun in IX. I wish I could find my FFIX game. Anyway, I think as far as minigames go, FFVII takes the cake...

    favorite FF female storyline wise?

I'm going to have to go with Garnet. Like Rydia said, it was nice to see a girl not throw herself at the main character immediately. I liked the fact that you got to see their relationship evolve. Also she grew up from the girl who was running away to the girl who ended up saving the world. She...

    Worst Final Fantasy Game

I voted for FFVIII. I actually enjoyed my time playing X-2, much more than I did playing VIII. X-2 would be my second least favorite, but I still find it to be at least 100x better than VIII. I didn't like any of the characters in VIII aside from Zell. There was no storyline for the first half...

    Final Fantasy Spoof

That was great. That cactaur totally destroyed you guys. Perhaps you should back track a little bit and train some more.

Final Fantasy - Boys game, or Girls game?

Final Fantasy is definitely not geared toward one sex or the other. There is an element in all the games that could appeal to anyone. Since VII is the one I have played and beaten the most, I'll use that one for my examples. Obviously there is action and puzzles to solve, but there is also...

    FFI - Worth Getting?

I absolutely love this game. It is a solid RPG to me. There is no real character development, which was my only issue with the game. The gameplay is solid, that battle system is what you would expect it to be, and the storyline, though not deep, is good enough. I am actually going to start...
