If they did a movie they could tell the story of Braska's adventure with Auron and Jecht, that would be pretty cool. And then they wouldn't be attacked by angry fans for not including their favourite bits of the game and they would have creative freedom to do what they wanted.

Not all nomura's designs are similar, have you ever seen another cait sith or kimhari? Barret? Wakka? Lulu? Red XIII? people just pick on the few that look smilar and judge him on them not on the original ones he has created.

Nomura didn't ruin FFVII, that's one of the best FF games ever made. and FF versus XIII looks extremely promising...Kingdom hearts was good aswell. people dislike Nomura because it's "the cool thing to do" when what he has done is created great characters and been involved in awesome games.

Nomura isn't that bad and not all sequals are that bad...if you include all FF games after I to be a sequal. Anyway, I'm pretty sure Nomura would keep the characters to there original designs.

I personally thought it was a good movie and every final fantasy game has a different story, different setting and different characters so I can't see why people don't agree with it being called Final Fantasy...it is about fantasy afterall. Also you have to remember this is an AMERICAN movie...
