In physicall combat - probably cloud because of the sephiroth gene and mako. Also leet sword skills Magic - Terra certainly. Esper form, natural magic, ultima, holy and more.

yup. sephiroth is stronger than cloud. I dont think anyone disagrees with that. But to be fair to seph he did stab cloud through the heart in ACC and then made him eat an octaslash. I doubt he thought cloud could get up after THAT and pull a new omnislash. BUT Zack's emotinal pick-ups FTW. sephs...

Well id have to chose terra. Not relying on gameplay mechanics and anything lightning does not have feats or cutscenes or acomplishments that outshines terra.
