Really great list, btw.
But I'd have to say that Lulu is a bit of sage as well, if only for Demi, Death and Flare. I don't usually consider those to be black mage spells, but more sagacity magic.
Probably my favorite LOOKING summon is Yojimbo, but I rarely used him since I didn't have enough gil to get him to do anything (so poor).
Gameplay wise, Anima was my favorite because his overdrive kicked ass, and so did basically everything else about him.
Could this movie perhaps be The Knowing, with Nicholas Cage? I think I saw that in theaters, and it was pretty good.
I am really excited for 2012, because I am really in to doomsday theories and what not, and supposedly, December 23, 2012, is when the world goes bye-bye.
#1: Final Fantasy
Favorite Title: Final Fantasy X
Ok, kinda an obvious choice, but I'm not going to lie. The FF series has always been, and may always be, my favorite rpg series. We can debate which game you think is the best, or in what position you place it, but i'm pretty sure this will make...
Technically, my first was Tactics advance for the gba. I still think it's an awesome game, but after playing X, it's no longer my favorite. Although, I do still enjoy playing through both again, it is simply each game is unique, because of the differences in gameplay.
Really though, X was my...
Just bought Final Fantasy Origins for PSX. Found a new copy at an old store for 10$. It was too irresistible to pass on, so I bought it, because I've never actually played the original FFs.
My favorite movie is probably the shinning with Jack Nicholson. God I loved that movie, and I also loved the book, but the movie really brought it to life for me.
Officially, I do not believe that you can save PSX games onto a PS2 memory card, even if you are playing it on a PS2. I have yet to confirm this myself, but it seems that you would need a separate PSX Memory card to save your data.
It really depends on the game. If there is a tutorial built in, especially if it's mandatory, then I'll just ignore the manual and rely on the game tutorial. Plus for most games, the only thing you need is the gamepad/keypad layout to figure out the controls.
In any game, unless I am forced to create a name for my character, I will leave the name to the game's default. I just like it better this way, as it allows for greater immersion into the game, and I generally get sick of any name I create within minutes of choosing it.
Are you the sort of player who overlevels? Why?Definitely! I pretty much end up just walking through an area for +1hr. to see if I missed any chests or secrets. Also, I enjoy the feeling of being able to toy with the bosses, and not be at there mercy. Plus, I really enjoy when the NPCs say stuff...
Hey welcome to the forums!
Have fun, post lots, and stick around.
Oh, and send me some of that warm weather. It's too f***ing cold in Canada sometimes...
Personally, I kinda of believe in predetermination over free will. What I mean by this is that all things that have yet to occur can not be avoided, as in history is set in stone. I feel that your fate is sealed no matter what you do, you just have to live through the choices already made for...
