The components are actually Heavy Armor, Ancient Bone x1, and Nue Bone x2. And this is just conjecture, but I think to unlock it, you have to get either Cecil or Sephiroth to level 50. It might be wrong, but i had them both above level 50 when I noticed it. (they were the only ones, so...)

Yeahh, I just played as him for a little while, and he is by far NOT the best, I see exactly where you're coming from. I guess it's been a while since I used him. But that's not to say I did horribly, just not as well as when I use some other characters.

So, I've begun training my Kuja, but he's only at level 10, and it took quite some time to get there. Is there a better way to train him, without having an odd AP to EXP ratio (if you know what I meant by that)?

true. his brave attacks aren't all that great. and his paladin hp attacks aren't very accurate. which does make him sound very bad, but i do fairly well with him.

Well, honestly any character is good depending on how you use them. So, maybe the facts say he's bad, but i don't think so. I actually do pretty well with him. Of course he's not the best in the game, but that doesn't make him bad.

I disagree. But then again, I'm opposite of the popular belief. I think Cecil is an amazing character if you can use him correctly. I personally think that the worst character is Bartz. But that's a little off topic so, don't worry about replying to that.

FFIII because I'm not a fan of the characters and, personally, I feel the story is sloppy and underdone.
