I don't think he is suggesting that it will take a long time, just simply saying its hard to tell when it will be released. That's almost always the case with video games, especially MMO's :busta:

That's a bit exaggerated, the 360 are 60% as much as the ps3 sales. And 37% in the sales overall, I don't really consider that half the amount. Its definitely good to see XII doing so well though :D

A final fantasy IX release date is hardly a surprise, we all know its happening we just don't know exactly when. Its news, but not a surprise. Having said that I still don't think this is going to be anything noteworthy.

"end of traditional JRPG's" Oh please, by move on he doesn't mean anything like that. Every FF game has "moved on" from the last one and did something unexpected. Look at how different X and XII or XII and XIII are. They go into every game with a fresh mindset, which is good.

I think the idea is absolutley fine, but i know a lot of people are going to get retarded about it. Japan and the western worlds arent completely independent from each other game-wise, final fantasy is popular here and call of duty is popular there. He isnt even saying it will probably happen...

He obviously just means that the characters look the same in CGI and realtime. If the realtime graphics actually matched the CGI graphics in terms of quality then either the CGI graphics are mundane or the game has been ported to playstation 4.

This news isnt really mind blowing, we all know square enix is constantly developing tons of titles. I wouldnt be suprised if one of them was VII remake, or at least in the compilation since we all know that it isnt over yet. "I will never... be a memory"
