Belief by its very nature transends all logic. To believe in something does not require evidence or proof. Like destiny.
Too many people have different ideas of what God is, so why look for something you can't define. Sorry to people who believe in a God but i feel it is an easy way to get...
My humble apologies.
In that case it would have to be any of the huge dragons in the game. King behemoth was hit and miss. But for sure disbelief it was the mandragoras for me that put me in my place. The boss' that is. Hard to hit and lots of status magic used against me.
I loved this game and still making my way through the seraphic gate. On my third journey through it. Its hard that you don't get stronger than what limits you are set as the monsters are really strong at the end. The only thing i didn't like about it was the time limit. Otherwise it was great...
I do agree but its followers encourage it something rotten!
I find the whole idea incestuous. And you just know they will keep piling up. I enjoy square games very much, but i don't think i could ever actually play FF7 all the way through again and have the same enjoyment. So the more...
I have become very weary on my rerun through Vagrant story. Since my game got wiped i started again. Its very intimidating when you are in battle with a monster that you can do no damage to. Struggled doing the ifrit when i stumbled on him. I had to go all out. I did it in the end, but...
Mmm, yes.
It does mention all that in Defiance, i can't believe i forgot all of the dialogue near the end of it!
Although it doesn't explain that Raziel was in actual fact very much indeed a vampire, he was sired by Kain and fed off the blood of men. Not sure how he became the Hylden's...
But Raziel carried all versions of the Soul Reaver at some point. And he was more to do with the Reaver than Kain was.
It doesn't explain why Raziel had wings though and Kain didn't.
EDIT: Or was it a plot twist do you mean?
I am playing through Defiance at the moment too. I did notice that some of the chambers in Vorador's mansion contained Raziel's symbol, you know the one from the material around his neck. Coincidence?
Is Defiance the one where you meet Turel?
Melchiah? Yeah poor thing, you should see his...
As much as i would like to believe it, i think Griever would make THE best GF, i don't think you can. It doesn't come up anywhere, in any strategy guides, the game doesn't hint at it and Ultimecia would never fuse with him to become a version of the final boss at the end of the game. His special...
You will get there. There are a lot of secrets in it. There is a part of the game where you see the remains of Nupraptors retreat, you find a glyph spell there but because of the fog effect it looks really spooky.
Melchiah look pretty good compared to his offspring. The good bit comes when...
Ah good choice, have you seen Raziel's brothers in action yet? They are quite scary, if Raziel didn't have his wits they prob would have won.
They aren't really mentioned much in future games though. Apart from Turel, i was glad when i could finally exact some vengeance on him. Very...
Did anyone else love looking a the murals in this game?
http://www.dark-chronicle.co.uk/def/murals.php
They gave a dark feel to LoK
On another note, i have just started replaying Defiance and isn't it a gratifying sound when you throw someone off a cliff or high wall? The screams are...
Usually i'd choose Ultima just because i like things like that. But i have to say Belias, i think they went downhill after that. He was more invloved in the story and i like his paddle (staff thingy) he just did it for me.
I thought it was called Seraphimon? Maybe i am mistaken. Digimon are cool. I think it was Transformers for me, when i was really young it was Star Wars figures Lol. Not that i am ancient. :)
