Use a teleport to go to Base Camp. Once there, there is another teleport to use to take you back to Orphan's Cradle. Once you're there, you can then use another teleport to go back to Eden.
You need to go back to Eden, where the Adamantoise is - it's right next to a save point. Equip a collector's catlog, and farm him for Platinum Ingots, they sell for 150k each, and have about 1/3 chance of dropping.
You may need to use a summon to knock it over, then spam Vanille's death ability...
What I meant was, using a Synthesist to add buffs like haste, protect, etc whilst in battle, increases the Eidolon's Gestalt bar.
E.g. Rav/Syn/Syn, or Rav/Syn/Med.
Using L1 for items before the battle will help of course, but I don't think it alone helps raise the Gestalt bar, although it will...
I enjoyed it. It would have been great if it had mini-games, an airship and towns etc, but I still enjoyed playing it regardless of these things being left out. Although, with its linearity, I know I won't be able to play it through ever again now that i've completed it.
It was release day, so about £450 I think.
[Mod Edit: Can you please put a little more effort into your posts in post count sections please. Anything under one line is usually classed as spam and may be deleted without notice in the future. Thanks. =)]
