I like this idea a lot. I heard some complaints, but I really liked the Trinity Sight system in Suikoden III, because you usually can't get the full story from only one perspective. So playing different characters, even characters with opposing objectives, would be interesting.
Building on this, the same goes for scholarships and loans. Always be sure you know what the requirements are (GPA and course load, usually) to keep your money. I just finished my first year of law school, and the only way I found out that the required GPA for keeping my scholarship had been...
At first I couldn't figure out how time passed, either, but like you said, once you get used to it it's easy to get into a rhythm. The first time I ate at Aiya I thought, "Why did eating a beef bowl take so long?"
I love the music, though.
I really... wish I had read that earlier, because...
Love Ocarina of Time. There were plenty of dungeons of varying difficulty to keep me busy, and the ocarina music was classy. Requiem of Spirit needs a hip-hop remix. I liked all of the weapons (some weapons in other games didn't impress me, like the Cane of Somaria and Cane of Pacci) and the...
Cannot wait for this! I just finished GS1 at the beginning of summer and am about to finish GS2. I had thought Nintendo had forgotten about these games, but I'm glad I was wrong.
OK, I finally beat Rekka no Ken a few months ago (I'm so slow, ignore me) and I bought Shadow Dragon. I love it! I read that some people complained because the game isn't as "flashy" with magic and attacks as Rekka no Ken and Sacred Stones, but since it's a remake of the first game I guess they...
I was going to say Confuse, but actually now I'm thinking Slow. In some games it's not easily curable, so while I'm sitting there waiting for my turn again the enemy has already gone twice and killed someone in the process.
I'll try it from a time perspective. I'd say Final Fantasy VI is your standard length 30-50 hour RPG, while Final Fantasy Tactics is a pretty lengthy strategy game that took me more than 100 hours to finish. (I'm kind of slow, though, so it might not be the same for you.) You might be able to...
As soon as I found Yuffie in those woods I thought, "THIS IS MY FAVORITE CHARACTER. PERIOD." I really like her personality, and even though I didn't use her in battle as much as I should have, she had diverse Limit Breaks. When is a ninja not cool?
On a related note, last night I dreamed Yuffie...
Yeah, I did that on my first playthrough, but I had no idea what was going on at the time.
This game is always good for a replay, no matter what's going on. It seems like everyone around me is also playing Crisis Core but me, because I am PSPless, so I might do another replay to join in the fun.
Yeah, I just thought it was the last Elixir you can pick up in the game, because you're nearing the Northern Crater at the time.
But then it wasn't the last one...
And then it wasn't an Elixir, either.
Anima is amazing. But if we have to pick someone besides her, I might have to say Valefor. It was the first, lasers are always cool, and it saved Yuna >_>
Yeah, I thought it was a hoax at first. I have no idea what they were trying to do. Since when does a Final Fantasy game have to resort to weird marketing ploys to sell games?
I understand that she was living a life she never thought she could have had, but I don't understand why she had to...
On my first playthrough I was like "blah" because Rinoa didn't leave too much of an impression on me. She didn't develop in the way I thought she would, so I wasn't that attached.
But the second time I played the game, a few years later, I thought, "...This scene is so moving!" Maybe I've just...
I guess technically you'd want to keep him level with the rest of your party because you don't want him bringing up the enemies' average level that much. For example, by the time I was done getting all of the GFs in Disc 4, Squall was level 100 and everyone else was level 50-55, so I'm sure the...
Haha, that cracked me up.
Yeah, I just sigh and think "whatever" whenever Ultros showed up. I remember thinking, "I should have known!" when he showed up at the Opera House. I didn't like him, but I didn't really hate him, either. He was just there.
Why would fans be furious? I think it would be funny. If it would really hurt some people to see Cloud in drag in a lot more detail, they could just skip the Honey Bee Inn, because it's not required.
LOVE IT. The battle system was fresh and entertaining, the story was interesting, and characters were mostly lovable. I was obsessed with the License Board and collecting Espers for Ashe. I only wish the plot part of the game had been a little longer.
That did seem like a really good place to train, but... I hated it. I just couldn't make myself go back. I still haven't gone back, so I don't have all of the Espers. I keep telling myself that I will one day.
